Mihnati internship program was established in 2018 as part of Bank of Jordan’s commitment to empower prepare a generation that contributes to the advancement of the banking sector in Jordan.
Interns at Mihnati program will be working in a culture that sets them on the right path to success by exposing them to real life work experiences that will enrich their knowledge and employability skills and make them ready to take their first career steps after graduation
Eligibility:
University Students (Year 3&4)
Interns must be actively enrolled at the university and must be in good standing in terms of academic performance (above average)
Departments / Focus Areas:
Interns can choose one of the below departments to complete their internship period:
Improve the cards product according to the bank strategy and build and manage a long-term relationship with partners to exceed the customers’ expectations.
It allows the engineer to gain practical experience of the engineer's work procedures in the bank, which are related to the work of engineering projects such as the establishment and modernization of branches, as well as maintenance and contracts related to all sites, and follow-up of the progress of work in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted and within the powers granted.
Recording of accounting transaction, prepare reports for internal, external beneficiaries, prepare yearly budget.
Gain valuable practical experience, enhancing your understanding of organizational dynamics, HR processes, and interpersonal skills crucial for future career success in diverse professional settings.
Gain practical knowledge of various operating systems and servers and how to protect it by firewalls.
Gain practical knowledge in tasks related to advertising campaigns and e-marketing, implementing marketing activities. You will have the opportunity to learn about PR and CSR activities at the Public Relations Unit
Analyzing the service quality level to improve the customer experience.
Participating in supporting cybersecurity efforts and implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard information.
University students are encouraged to choose a department related to their areas of study.
