• Providing a customer relationship manager to provide all services and consultations that contribute to completing transactions quickly and efficiently.

Customized Banking Features:

• The customer is directly granted a credit card with a maximum of 10 thousand Jordanian dinars, with exemption from issuance fees for the first year, and the exemption continues later if the customer continues to be classified within the Distinguished Badge Program, with the possibility of granting a subsidiary card as well.
• The customer is granted approved credit products, and the pricing of the products is applied according to the price list for the Palestine region and classified according to the segments.
• The possibility of granting the customer preferential prices on term deposits.
• Exemption from salary transfer commission.
• Issuance of 5 free checkbooks annually, 20 sheets/with the design specific to the Distinguished Badge segment.
• Exemption from the debit card issuance commission/with the design specific to the Distinguished Badge segment.
• Exemption from signature validity commission.
• Exemption from balance certificate issuance commission.
• Exemption from post-dated check deposit commission.
• Cash deposits: Full exemption from the commission for cash deposits in shekels for the first 100 thousand, and a discount on the deposit commission for amounts exceeding (100 thousand) and up to (500 thousand) by 50% of the established commission.
• Transfers to our branches in Jordan: Exemption from the commission for issuing monthly transfers (2) to any of our branches in Jordan.
• Internal transfers: Exemption from the commission for issuing local transfers (2) per month.
• External transfers: Exemption from the issuance commission for one transfer per month.

Terms:

• Transfer a monthly salary of not less than 1,500 dinars.
• Deposit customers with an average of 30 thousand dinars or more.
• Current and savings deposit customers with an average of 30 thousand dinars or more.
• Total outstanding loans with a value of 50 thousand dinars or more.
