Bank of Jordan Appoints Saif Issa Regional Manager for Palestine Region

Bank of Jordan has announced the appointment of Mr. Saif Khader Issa as a Regional Manager for the Regional Management of the bank’s branches in Palestine to replace the late Regional Manager “Hatem Fuqaha’a”.

He held several wide positions in the banking and financial fields spanning nearly 18 years as he assumed leading positions in the Palestinian banking sector. He worked in different banking fields that included managing relations with companies and the company credit fields. His last position was Head of the Banking Department of Companies and Corporations at Arab Bank.

Issa holds the MBA from Birzeit University and the Bachelor’s degree in accounting from An-Najah National University in Nablus. He also has several advanced professional diplomas and attended courses that included strategic management and business leadership, the most important of which being “the Preparation and Development of Leaders” from the American University in Beirut.

The Board of Directors of Bank of Jordan Group welcomed the appointment of Mr. Issa while looking forward to his contributions to the continuity of the path of success, achievement and excellence in managing the bank’s branches in Palestine in line with the ambitious vision of Bank of Jordan and its strategy aimed at strengthening the bank’s leading position in the Palestinian banking sector.

It is noteworthy that Bank of Jordan was one of the first banks in the Palestinian market since 1963 and provides its round the clock services to all segments of individuals, companies and corporations through its branches and offices scattered in all districts and through its various electronic channels. The regional management in Palestine is considered part of Bank of Jordan’s group that now includes its branches in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and those operating in Palestine, Bahrain, Iraq and its subsidiary companies: Bank of Jordan – Syria, TAFAWAQ Financial Investment Company and Jordan Financial Leasing Company.
