Ramallah –Bank of Jordan in Palestine concluded “Mihanti” professional training program with a special graduation ceremony held at the “Techno Park” in Birzeit, celebrating the successful completion of training for students for the year 2023. The event was attended by Mr. Saif Issa, the Regional Manager for Palestine region, along with several regional directors of the bank in Ramallah. In addition, representatives from various media organizations and influencers were present.

“Mihanti” training program offered by Bank of Jordan is considered a pioneering program in empowering university students in Palestine. It allows students to immerse themselves in a real work environment and participate in authentic work experiences that enrich their knowledge and skills, preparing them for their first professional steps after graduation. 

Mr. Issa affirmed that this program is part of Bank of Jordan’s commitment to preparing a generation that contributes to the development of the banking sector in Palestine. It is a real opportunity for these students to understand practical life, job requirements, and the necessary skills to enter the job market. He explained that the students participating in the program are university students from the second to fourth year, studying majors related to the banking industry in its various departments and divisions.

The graduating students delivered exceptional presentations in which each of them showcased the skills and experiences gained from this program. They expressed their deep gratitude to the Bank of Jordan for the valuable opportunity that has significantly enhanced their educational journey, enriched their experiences, and provided them with a clearer path for their future career and professional development.

It is worth mentioning that “Mihnati" program includes practical training that spans a full six weeks within the various departments of the bank, offering students an intensive training experience tailored to their respective majors. The Bank of Jordan conducts this program annually in Jordan and Palestine, driven by its belief in the importance of empowering young people and students as they represent the promising future generation.
