Bank of Jordan - Palestine concludes the annual meetings and sets the strategic plans for the New Year

Ramallah - Bank of Jordan (BOJ) in Palestine concluded a series of meetings that were held over two weeks between its regional administration with its various departments, sales teams and branches in the West Bank, in addition to the sales and branches of the Gaza Strip that joined the meetings via the “Zoom” technology. During these meetings, the results of the year 2021, the goals of the new year, and ways to achieve them through the Bank’s strategic plans were discussed.

The meetings also dealt with the needs of the BOJ’s departments and the requirements of its branches to achieve the goals set for the year 2022, in addition to discussing the Bank's programs and products and their amendments. The first meeting included the directors of the companies, SME’s and commercial facilities sector. Meanwhile, the second meeting was attended by the staff in the personnel services sector, starting with the director of branches and sales, managers of BOJ’s branches, their deputies, heads of sales departments, in addition to managers and officials of support departments in the administration. The meetings included holding a working lunch with the Regional Manager “Mr. Hatem Al Fuqaha”, while observing the prevention and safety measures against the spread of the Corona virus.

Mr. Fuqaha said that these meetings come within the framework of the BOJ’s continuous efforts to develop its programs and services. He added that the bank is keen to conduct a comprehensive review of last year's results to ensure the integrity of its plans for the new year. In addition, he stressed that the strategic communication between the bank's departments to review new plans and discuss programs and their amendments is one of the imperative steps to achieve and provide innovative banking solutions and high-level services to BOJ’s customers.

Moreover, Mr. Fuqaha stressed the importance of these annual meetings, which would streamline the bank’s business and develop the system of services provided to its clients. “One of the bank’s most important aspects is to continue developing and activating electronic services to facilitate the provision of services to the bank’s clients in a manner commensurate with their needs, aspirations and modern lifestyle”, he added.

It is noteworthy that BOJ is one of the first banks in the Palestinian market. It seeks to provide innovative banking services and comprehensive financial solutions to individuals, companies and institutions through 17 branches spread in the governorates of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
